I share my personal story of how my company went from its best year ever, to losing 60% of revenue and 80% of profits inside of 9 months. After accumulating $1.4 million in debt and making four rounds of layoffs, I navigated eliminating $2.6 million in annualized costs, simplified the organization, improved performance, and ultimately made the business easier - and more fun - to run.
