Every time you see Jensen Huang, he's wearing the same black

Every time you see Jensen Huang, he's wearing the same black leather jacket.

Keynote. Earnings call. Product launch. Same jacket.

I get it. For 19 years I woke up every morning and put on a Mobile Outfitters t-shirt. One less thing to think about.

Whatever Jensen's reason, the result is the same. The CEO of one of the most valuable companies in the world has one less decision to make every morning.

Founders make hundreds of small decisions a day. What to wear. What to eat. Which fire to put out first. Whether to approve that $200 expense.

Every one of them pulls from the same tank of mental bandwidth you need for the big calls.

Here's how to drain it less:

-Decide once. Set defaults for anything that repeats, and stop re-deciding it.
-Put it on the calendar. If it matters and it repeats, it gets a time slot.
-Write it down so your team can decide without you. If you're making the same call twice, it should be a process.

The fewer small decisions you make, the better your big ones get.

What's one decision you could take off your plate this week? Comment below.
