Most success happens in businesses that follow these 3 rules:

-You're in an expanding market. There are almost no bad ideas in a good market. When a market is expanding quickly, you almost can't help but expand with it - even if your idea is not unique, and your execution is average.

-Your vision is clear (and everyone knows it). Trying to build a company without a vision that you AND all of your employees can see clearly is like trying to put a puzzle together without knowing the picture on the front of the box.

-You are in a 10-year journey. Most overnight successes happen 10 years in the making. A lot of entrepreneurs give up in year 3 or 4 because they arent seeing the growth that they needed. If you have an idea you're passionate about, you're in an expanding market, and you have a clear vision, I would guarantee that if you're willing to go at it full time for 10 years, you will be successful.
