New ideas, side projects, and side hustles are often setup for failure from the start.

Because it's not our full-time focus, it only gets a small slice of our time, attention, and effort.

That part-time effort only makes the odds of success even smaller.

The key is to make the leap to going all-in as soon as you have signals of product-market fit. That means people are saying yes, your inbox is filling up with people asking to buy, and what you're charging makes sense to build a business off of.

If you're feeling like sales has a ton of friction, that you need to convince people to see the value in what you do, you don't have product market fit yet.

If people hear you talk about what you do, and THEY ask you "how soon could you ge that to me?" before you even pitch them - you've got something.

As soon as that happens, it's time to give it 110% of your time and energy so it has the greatest odds of success.

Are you working on something new right now on the side? What's holding you back from jumping all-in?
