Choosing coaches who understand founders

If your business coach never sat in the seat you're in right now, they probably aren't speaking your language. I'm not the billion-dollar business coach. Reality is you're probably not a billion-dollar business either. You're probably not going to be a billion-dollar business. There's nothing wrong with that, but what does matter, who's guiding you. If you don't have someone guiding you that's been in the seat you're in today and has been where you're trying to go, they don't know how to talk your language. There's a big difference between someone that worked at Coca-Cola in middle management and someone who is an entrepreneur or founder and built something from nothing, just like you.
