If you're still the bottleneck for big decisions, your company isn't scaling as fast as it could...(a personal story ->)

Every time I tried to delegate critical tasks, I found myself stepping back in. My personality as a Dove (high S) wants to help everyone all the time didn't help...the turning point was realizing it more about me letting go than anything else.

Here's a framework that helped me, that you can try today if you're struggling with delegation:

1. Why did this come to you?
2. Who should actually own this?
3. Do they know they own it?
4. Do they have the authority to decide it?
5. Do they have the competence to decide it?
6. Do you trust them to decide it?
7. If not, which one is broken?
